Q: Does the ATCTA™ compete with organizations such as the itSMF, ISACA, or PMI?

A: No. The ATCTA targets a different ITSM industry segment, the ITSM certification training market. itSMF for example represents the ITSM end-user market. The ATCTA and organizations such as itSMF actually complement each other in the ITSM value chain. itSMF USA for example has recognized this and has already become a partner of the ATCTA. Through a partnership like this the voice of the customer, i.e. the ITSM end-user and learner, will resonate even better eventually.
