ITIL V3 describes a value network that is necessary for the delivery of quality services to customers. The ATCTA recognizes that our member’s quality training services can only be realized if we have strong industry relationships with organizations who contribute to the ITSM learner’s customer experience. Supplier Members are critical elements of our value network.
Supplier members experience many of the same challenges faced by accredited ITSM certification training providers – ever increasing expectations of the ITSM learners, rapidly evolving ITSM frameworks and standards, shortening lifecycles of ITSM technology, and an ITSM market that is expanding globally as never before. By becoming an ATCTA Supplier Member, your organization visibly demonstrates their commitment to unity, quality and advocacy for the ITSM learner while strengthening the industry as a whole.

Becoming an ATCTA Supplier
Becoming an ATCTA Supplier is an easy 3-step process:
Step 1: PREPARE
- Download the ATCTA Supplier Information Kit;

- Gather the required application information and documentation. The better you prepare your application, the speedier the application process!
Step 2: APPLY
- Complete the application form and sign it

Step 3: COMMIT
- The Industry Relations & Development Committee will now evaluate your application. The outcome of this evaluation process can be:
- Your application has been approved! You will be notified by e-mail and you will receive:
- Several copies of the ATCTA Logo in different styles and sizes;
- Instructions on how to use the ATCTA Logo;
- Your unique login information to the ATCTA Forum;
- More information is needed to complete the evaluation. You will be contacted to provide this information.
- You don’t qualify. You will be contacted to explain the reason behind the decision
- Your application has been approved! You will be notified by e-mail and you will receive:
